To navigate as a community a rapidly changing and uncertain world together, find focus, inspiration, energy, and good health
- so that we can grow together, find freedom from anxiety and build resilience.
- so that we can better process our emotions, deepen our self-compassion, and gain a better understanding of ourselves.
- so that we can enjoy even more moments that open our eyes, minds, hearts, and souls and make us feel more inspired and connected as humans.
An extraordinary life starts with your well-being.
This academy is founded to interrupt the distractions of the world and dive deeper into self-awareness, self-resilience, and more integrated healing.
Self-awareness is our vehicle for greater calm, focus, and peace.
Movement is a way to access our thinking, feeling, and sensing. It is the easiest to change.
The Academy is the culmination of the last 30 years of my movement explorations across many different fields: Feldenkrais, Somatics, Dance, Yoga, Self-Help, Coaching, Fitness, and Personal Development - the last five of which I've spent helping women with their pelvic floor function.
Having been through my own share of traumatic experiences, towards a journey of healing and education. Learning to navigate my way using the skills and techniques I share in the academy.
I believe every person's experience of inhabiting their body/mind can be the greatest teacher of your life.
Yet, many are disconnected.
The key to resilience and robust humans is to get out of survival mode and thrive.
Slow movement with attention to what you are doing, (somatic movement) is the key to the driver's seat: your nervous system.
Which many courses and programs don't address.
This practice is both body-based and brain-based taught through immersion masterclasses and fireside chat conversations.
Movement experiences are in line with a new scientific understanding of stretching, the brain, and how pain works. Discover the reason why Neuroplasticity scientists are exploring this method in great detail.
This movement practice is based on sound principles of physics, neurology, and physiology, and the conditions under which the nervous system learns best.
I believe that our body contains the artistry, strength, and resilience that we feel called to rediscover, I’m honored to guide people toward accessing their inner intelligence.
